The administrative staff of Grottoes serves as the backbone of local government, working diligently behind the scenes to support residents and keep operations running efficiently. The staff is responsible for carrying out the policies and regulations established by the Town Council.

From managing utility and tax billing, processing payments, public records, and issuing permits to coordinating meetings, issuing work orders to public works, and assisting with community programs and development, they handle a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and care.

The Public Works & Maintenance Department plays a vital role in keeping our small town running smoothly and looking its best.
